Absolutely terrible experience with Vaden Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Savannah. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here or trusting their service department. My Jeep Grand Cherokee is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, and the check engine light came on. I scheduled a service appointment expecting, at the very least, for someone to read the code and diagnose the problem. I drove an hour each way to make this appointment, wasting my time and gas, only to be told after I arrived that there is a minimum 10-day wait just to diagnose the check engine light and that I would have to leave my vehicle there the entire time. Not once did anyone have the courtesy to call me beforehand and explain that. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you’re going to make someone drive two hours round trip just to tell them their vehicle won’t even be looked at for at least 10 days? A simple phone call could have saved me the trip. To make it even worse, they have no loaner vehicles available, so apparently their solution is for a customer with a warrantied vehicle to simply go without transportation for 10+ days while they get around to looking at it. Serviced my Ram 3500. The guys and gals there are outstanding! No blank looks, helpful, happy, and very, very hospitable. Walked around w/ Sales Projessional Katy for a bit & was amazed at the knowledge, warmth, & beautiful personality! I'll definitely be back & will gladly give them my money.

My first encounter with a Dan Vaden dealership was a great one. After looking around for a bit I found a vehicle that may suit my needs. The vehicle wasn't at my local DV dealership,so after meeting with a salesperson, they had the vehicle of interest sent from S Carolina to Hinesville Ga for me to look at. No talks about money,if I was serious, or anything,just straight up professional service. Long story short,I bought the vehicle. Fast forward a couple years,life changes and my family is in need of another vehicle. Since I'm in the area now, I chose Vaden CDJR in Savannah due to my past good experiences with DV. I find two vehicles that I wanted to look at. Made an appointment with to look at both vehicles. One vehicle was not on their lot and had to be sent from Statesboro. We spoke with 4 different sales(?) people since making the appointment. Marquell Giles ended up being pur salesperson. Was kind of happy about it,cause on his desk he had a trophy- Salesperson of the Year '24 or '25? From start to finish she was on point — professional, helpful, and made sure everything was handled the right way. I will update when they paint my car and im satisfied with it. Check your vehicle before leaving the shop. Especially when its a sport car and I take good care of it. My husband went for oil change and somehow they semi wash my car. Leaving my front bumper paint chipped. And messed up my steering wheel 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
